Annual Napier demand

KULAR BIOENERGYROOTED IN RENEWALA renewable gas project designed around Punjab’s agricultural landscape.
Our overall development plan is 12 tonnes per day of CBG in two phases. Phase 1 is planned at 6 TPD, followed by an additional 6 TPD in Phase 2. The project connects feedstock preparation, anaerobic digestion, gas upgrading and digestate management.

Kular BioEnergy’s power requirement is approximately 1 MW, with electricity planned to be solar sourced from the captive solar power plant of Kular Green Energy Private Limited.
The promoters’ renewable energy business operates a 5.6 MWdc solar plant in Punjab. This planned captive power linkage brings solar electricity and renewable gas production together within the same industrial and agricultural journey.

A Napier-led approach connects energy production with crop cultivation and long-term feedstock planning.
Upgrading biogas creates a renewable alternative that can serve suitable natural gas applications.
Responsible digestate handling and water management are central to our project development approach.
The Koom Kalan project is under development. The total plan is 12 TPD of CBG: 6 TPD in Phase 1 and another 6 TPD in Phase 2. These are planned capacities, not current production. Contact us for the latest project status and supply discussions.
Compressed biogas, also called CBG or Bio-CNG, is produced by cleaning, upgrading and compressing biogas. Its main fuel component is methane. Gas must meet the requirements of its intended application and delivery system.
We welcome conversations with farmers interested in Napier cultivation, feedstock partners, gas buyers, organic nutrient distributors, technology providers and other organisations working across the renewable gas value chain. Contact our team to discuss land location, cultivation plans and potential supply arrangements.
Please contact our team before planning a visit. Visits are by prior arrangement and depend on project activity and site safety requirements.
